Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to this document, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, will be resolved by arbitration. The arbitration will be administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with its Administered Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Hong Kong. The tribunal will consist of three arbitrators: each party will appoint one arbitrator, and the two appointed arbitrators will jointly appoint a third presiding arbitrator.

7. Miscellaneous

If any part of this notice is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect. This document represents the entire agreement between you and Bowrington regarding your use of the website and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications. Our performance under this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal processes.

For additional information and detailed terms, please refer to the provisions of the Limited Partnership Agreement, Private Placement Memorandum, and Subscription Agreement. In case of any discrepancy between this Legal Notice and the relevant provisions in these documents, the provisions in the aforementioned documents shall prevail.
